The space where an auto repair shop once stood on Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica could soon be home to a 69-unit apartment building, according to a pending presentation before the Santa Monica Architectural Review Board, Urbanize LA reports.

Developer Coast Meridian Properties has proposed the mixed-use project at 2307 Lincoln Boulevard, calling for the demolition of the current structure. The new seven-story building would include 69 one-bedroom apartments, 1,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and parking for 59 vehicles.
