The proposed ordinance would cover the governing boards of three nonprofit organizations that play a critical role in Santa Monica's economy -- Downtown Santa Monica, Inc. (DTSM), Santa Monica Travel and Tourism Inc. (SMTT) and the Santa Monica Pier Corporation, Inc. (SMPC).
