2. Use your email address & the temporary password ACTIONPASS
3. Change the password to one you chose
4. Click on: RESIDENT SCREENING at top of the webpage
5. You will see 3 options – CHOOSE OPTION #3
6. Enter the potential renter’s email address (that's it!)

BEFORE DEALING WITH AN APPLICANT

1. Landlord completes the online sign up: 

Your Name * Rental Property Address * Your Phone Number * Your Email

Choose Basic or Comprehensive Report

2. Landlord emails tenant asking them to request a credit report at MyScreeningReport.com
3. Important!! Tenant needs to release report to the landlord.
4. Landlord logs Into MyScreeningReport.com account
5. Landlord gets Credit Report
